Alessandra Genco is the Chief Financial Officer of Leonardo since October 2017.

Alessandra holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a M.Sc. in Economics summa cum laude from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome.

She worked as Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in New York, covering clients across numerous industries, including financial sponsors.

Before taking up the current position in Leonardo, Alessandra served as Vice President Group Finance, in charge of capital markets, treasury, investments and insurance. She was also Head of Investments and Portfolio Evaluation.

Alessandra is a shareholder representative on the Supervisory Board of BASF SE and she is also a Board Member of several companies and nonprofit organizations.
