As Head of Content and Social Media Marketing, LinkedIn Sales & Marketing Solutions EMEA, my role is to ensure LinkedIn's global content engine continues to deliver outstanding results for people and businesses on our platform as well as build our own business. Fortunately, I've been able to do both. LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is now a $700MM+ business averaging 50%+ quarterly growth YOY. I've built and globally scaled two content engines and two content teams (for LinkedIn and for Marketo) that have helped take them through IPOs and acquisitions to stability, maturity and industry leadership. At the core of this success are data-driven, demand-generating campaigns that deliver memorable user experiences which double as business revenue engines. A digital marketing Ideator, implementer, thought-leader and team mentor, organization builder and network marketer, I manage complete digital marketing solutions that establish, extend or transform marketing capabilities into a fully integrated, automated digital marketing competitive advantage. And beyond social and content marketing, I engage across the entire digital spectrum from business cases and analytics to platforms, apps and SEO through to UX, customer engagement, acquisition and retention. Disruption? I use what I call Intelligent Risk analysis to turn it into an ally. My other activities – publishing, public speaking, teaching at Berkeley University, rock n roll photography, start-up advisory positions – all revolve around my evangelism for the Digital Future.
