Giuditta Massone is the Business Partner for the Financial Services and Industrial divisions at Talent Garden, where she leads the strategic and commercial growth of key business units. Focused on driving innovation and digital transformation, she develops impactful solutions and cutting-edge training programs designed to equip companies with the skills to excel in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Previously, she worked as headhunter at Oliver James, co-founding the Italian division and helping grow its presence after two years at the UK headquarter.

She holds a Master of Science in Management and International Business from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Brescia.
