Andrea Conso is a lawyer in Milan, after having worked as an in-house lawyer in leading banking groups for over ten years, in 2014 he became one of the founder partners of Annunziata&Conso.

He is also co-founder and managing partner of Refink, a Regtech company focused on organizational, governance, and compliance solutions offering its services in Italy and Europe to supervised intermediaries (such as Banks, AMCs, Sicaf, SIMs, IMELs, IPs, Trusts, 106 Consolidated Banking Act (TUB), etc.) and FinTech in their start-up or growth stages.

His core expertise is in corporate, business, banking, financial and insurance law, along with e-money, fintech and blockchain sectors; such areas are all dealt with in terms of financial market regulation focusing on legal benchmarking and application of models for cross-border transactions.

Andrea holds several offices as Director and Statutory Auditor of supervised companies mainly pertaining to the banking and financial sector. Over the last years, he has advised many clients regarding innovative fintech, blockchain and crypto projects, as well as crowdfunding and payments, among others.

He consistently serves as speaker in conferences and masters and postgraduate training programs and regularly publishes a wide range of specialist publications, studies, papers and books.
