Chiara Mugnai earned her M.Sc. in Bionics Engineering in 2018, and then started working as a data scientist in international settings. Her experience ranges from Italy to the UK: she has been part of the teams of major multinationals (Konica Minolta, Baker Hughes) and a startup (DataSine, acquired by Shutterstock in 2021).

After spending several years building software using AI, since 2022 she is the co-founder and Chief Data Scientist of Eoliann, a startup that helps companies make informed decisions to improve their resilience to climate change.
