Prof Dr Thomas Stern, born 1982 in Vienna, studied law, political science and business administration. After working many years in banking supervision, he currently heads the Bank Resolution Unit in the FMA Liechtenstein. Besides that, he is affiliated professor at the Swiss Open Institute and private lecturer at the University of Liechtenstein. He is a member of several European working groups referring to financial market regulation.
