He graduated in International Rights and Diplomacy in Switzerland. From 2010 to 2015 he worked as a Strategic Intelligence Analyst for Frontex and as Inspector and then Commissioner for EASO (European Asylum Support Office).

As of 2017 he is the founder and CEO of Mygrants, as well as a Responsible Leader at BMW Foundation, a member of the Council member of ActionAid Italy, a mentor at Tony Elumelu Foundation, a mentor at Founder Institute Italy, a member of the Steering Committee at Learning Economy Foundation, and member of the Security Check Committee at Diversity Lab.
