Nato a Roma nel 1968, laureato in Discipline Economiche e Sociali (DES) presso l’Università Bocconi, entra in Mediobanca nel 1994, nel Servizio Partecipazioni. Nel 1998, è nel Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), dove gestisce complesse operazioni nel settore creditizio e nel settore utilities. Nel 2002, è nel gruppo Capitalia con la responsabilità della Divisione Corporate del gruppo bancario. A seguito dell’acquisizione di Capitalia da parte di Unicredit, assume il ruolo di Responsabile del Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) per l’Italia e di Amministratore Delegato della Banca Corporate del Gruppo.

A metà del 2011, passa in Fondiaria SAI come Direttore Generale. Nel 2012, lascia il mondo assicurativo per entrare nel settore delle telecomunicazioni, nel gruppo Telecom Italia (TIM), dove ricopre il ruolo di CFO (Chief Financial Oficer).
Dal 2 marzo 2023, è CFO (Chief Financial Oficer) in Autostrade per l’Italia.

Born in Rome in 1968, he gradueted in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University and joined Mediobanca in 1994, in the Investment Service. In 1998, he joined Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), where he managed complex operations in the credit and utility sector. In 2002, he joined the Capitalia group as the Head of Corporate Division of the banking group. Following the acquisition of Capitalia by Unicredit, he became Head of Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) for Italy and Chief Executive Oficer of the Group’s Corporate Bank.

In Mid-2011, he moved to Fondiaria SAI as General Manager. In 2012, he left the insurance sector and joined the telecommunications sector in the Telecom Italia group (TIM), where he held the role of Group CFO (Chief Financial Oficer).
He has been CFO (Chief Financial Oficer) of Autostrade per l’Italia since 2 March 2023.
