Mauro Viscardi is currently Innovation Manager at Cosberg S.p.A.

After a first experience with several tasks inside the company value chain (purchasing, trading, after-service), in 2015 he deals full time with Innovation, by coordinating the development of industrial projects, especially concerning prototypes, processes and SW tools. Main applied fields Industry 4.0 and Intangibles.

He daily works with a wide Open Innovation network, from R&D centres (STIIMA-CNR) to Universities (Polimi, UniBG, UniBS) as well as Competence Centre (MADE) and technological transfer consortiums (Intellimech). Several co-funded projects (TRL4-9) has been delivered or in progress: “Touchplant”, “Knowledgize”, “Prometeo”, “SMART4CPPS” (financed by Lombardy Region), “Intelligent Factory” (MIUR), “Know4I”, “Marvin” (MISE), “ReCaM”, “DigitBrake”(H2020 European program).
