Luca Passa è nato a Roma nel 1973 e da gennaio 2023 è Chief Financial
Officer (CFO) di Snam.
Proviene da Endesa (Gruppo Enel) dove, dal 2018 al 2022, è stato CFO e Head of
Administration, Finance and Control for Iberia, con sede a Madrid. Dal 2015 al
2018 ha lavorato nella capogruppo Enel come Head of Group Investor Relations.
Luca Passa ha acquisito una consolidata esperienza finanziaria anche
internazionale, iniziando la sua carriera a Londra nel 1998, lavorando dapprima
per Cantor Fitzgerald, poi in qualità di Senior Associate per Lehman Brothers e
successivamente, come Managing Director per Morgan Stanley, dove dal 2003 al
2014 ha ricoperto ruoli di crescente responsabilità tra Londra e Milano.
Nel 2014 è approdato a Fincantieri come Vice President, Head of Investor
Relations and Special Projects, con particolare riferimento a progetti di M&A
all’estero, per supportare e promuovere il processo di quotazione della società.
Luca ha una laurea in Economia Aziendale conseguita nel 1997 all’Università
Commerciale Luigi Bocconi e nel 2014 ha conseguito un Executive Education
Programme presso l’INSEAD di Parigi.

Administration, Finance and Control for Iberia. Prior to that, from 2015 to
2018, he was the Head of Group Investor Relations at Enel.
Luca has an extensive international financial background; he started his career
in London in 1998 at Cantor Fitzgerard and moved later to Lehman Brothers as
Senior Associate. He then joined Morgan Stanley as Managing Director where from
2003 to 2014 he covered positions with increased responsibilities between London
and Milan.
In 2014 Luca landed at Fincantieri as Vice President, Head of Investor Relations
and Special Projects with a focus on M&A projects overseas to contribute and
support the company’s listing.
Luca achieved a University Degree in Business Administration at Luigi Bocconi
University in 1997, followed by an Executive Education Programme at INSEAD, in
Paris in 2014.
