Rose Cartolari is the Founder and CEO of RC Consulting, specialists in leadership advisory services and executive coaching to the C-Suite and their teams. Rose’s 30-year career includes management roles in large organizations such as American Express and UNICEF, teaching in elite business schools in the USA and Italy, as well as co-founding and serving as COO and Executive Board Member of Scharper Pharmaceuticals SpA.

Having grown up living in India, Indonesia, Somalia, the USA and Italy - Rose is fluid in working with diverse cultures and perspectives. She is a recognized thought leader on leadership strategy and building inclusive cultures, and writes and speaks internationally on issues related to leadership strategy, transformation and culture change.

Rose serves on the Executive Committee of European Women on Boards as Chair of Development Programs and sits on the Advisory Board of DiverCity Magazine, the first European magazine focused on Diversity, Inclusion and Equity. Rose is also a TEDx speaker and member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
