Fiorenza Lipparini is an international manager specializing in technological
clustering and social impact, particularly in measuring and evaluating digital
and social innovation policies and programs. She has worked on large urban
regeneration projects in Italy and the UK, especially those involving
public-private partnerships in innovation districts.
In 2015, she co-founded PlusValue, a company helping institutions and businesses
rethink their models for social and environmental sustainability. For Lendlease,
she oversaw the analysis of the Lombardy innovation ecosystem for the MIND –
Milano Innovation District, managing a vast network of stakeholders.
For over a decade, she has collaborated with the European Commission on social
innovation, digital innovation, and impact finance. In 2019, she became a
Research Fellow at University College London, and in 2022, Vice President of the
Global Institute for Innovation Districts. From 2020 to 2022, she served as a
consultant for Italy's Social Innovation Fund.
Since October 2023, she has been Director General of Milano & Partners, the
city's official promotion agency and Destination Management Organization.
