Born in Rome, Sergio Signoretti is CFO at lastminute.com group, managing Finance (Admin, Planning and Control, Treasury, Corporate Development), Procurement and Process Improvements and Payments since 2017.

He has extensive experience in the financial services industry as CEO of CartaLis ELMI (2007-2014, IGT-Lottomatica group) active player in the prepaid cards business, and in the gaming business, and as CEO of Lottomatica Videolot Rete (2004-2007), managing the startup and development of the gaming machines business in Italy for IGT.

Formerly, he has covered positions as Head of planning and control in diversified multinational contexts (manufacturing, telco, gaming) among which Omnitel Vodafone (1996-1999), Blu (1999-2002) and Lottomatica (2002-2004).

Sergio is a former Angel Investor member of Italian Angels for Growth, an association of Italian and foreign investors in startups capital ventures. Chartered accountant and Auditor, graduated in Economics at Rome State University in 1988.
