I lead the Global organization where I'm responsible for defining, managing, and executing the strategic plan as well as the Strategic & Operational Marketing and the evolution of Product/Service Portfolio. I'm the bridge between product development and sales, I'm responsible for the P&L of product line. Monitor macro trends in HCM market, identify critical opportunities, define target users and markets, create business plans, offering structures and marketing activities that drive revenue and billings growth is my daily job. In addition, I'm responsible for promoting the company Brand value in the HCM market. I manage a team of Product Managers and Marketing Specialist, reporting solid to the GM of the country.
